Default Can Am Recalls

Just found out my Maverick has three recalls. Clutch Bolts ( Of Course ), Starter, and I believe a reflash or something. I have read about the clutch bolt issue, but not the Starter. Not had any problems with it has anyone else?

I am heading out Friday for a three day trip and this thing is headed into the dealer Monday morning. All I can say is I better have this thing back before I leave.

I was at the dealership picking up parts for a quad I was working on and decided to check on the clutch bolt recall since I read about so many problems with them. They ran my VIN and said yep it's recalled and it needs a starter, and the third thing was the passenger grab handle coming loose. No letter or call from Can Am!

You are the first person I have heard having the starter fail. Mine is sitting up at the dealers. Parts are not in yet.

Got mine back and it does turn over much faster than before. Took a while to get it back but it's home now. Just waiting on the new doors now!

I had issues yesterday with mine dying and not restarting for awhile after running thru only a foot or so of water. Anyone else having those issues?

First I am hearing of this issue. I have driven mine through some pretty deep puddles with no problems. Would be curious to hear what this ends up being.
